The invention relates to the technical field of steel truss construction, in particular to a large-span truss anti-sedimentation installation construction technology which comprises the following steps that 2N fixed temporary supports are arranged; the construction steel bar main body is assembled by a plurality of trusses, and each truss is hoisted by 2N + 1 sections; during hoisting, hoisting is conducted from the two sides to the middle in sequence, and welding is conducted immediately after each section of truss is hoisted in place; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, unhooking a lifting hook of a crane of the middle section of truss, carrying out first unloading, and mounting a secondary truss between the truss being hoisted and the previous truss; the temporary supports are sequentially dismantled from the middle to the two sides according to the left-right sequence, and load unloading is conducted for 2N times; according to the method, the load of the middle section of truss is unloaded by means of the dead weight, a part of unloading errors are eliminated in advance, then the secondary trusses are connected, the associated influence on the other installed trusses when the other sections of trusses are unloaded is greatly reduced, and the installation precision is more accurate.
本发明涉及钢桁架施工技术领域,具体的说是一种大跨度桁架抗沉降安装施工工艺,步骤如下:设置2N个固定临时支撑;建筑钢筋主体分若干榀桁架组装,每一榀桁架分2N+1段进行吊装;吊装时,由两侧向中间依次吊装,每吊装一段桁架就位后立即进行焊接;先将最中间一段桁架的吊车的吊钩摘钩,进行第一次卸荷载,在正在吊装的桁架和上一榀桁架之间安装次桁架;按照一左一右的顺序,由中间至两边依次拆除临时支撑,进行2N次卸荷载;本发明先将最中间一段桁架依靠自重进行卸荷载,提前消除了一部分卸载误差,然后再连接次桁架,大大减轻了卸载其他段桁架时,对已安装完成的其余桁架带来的连带影响,使安装精度更加准确。
