The invention discloses a longitudinal reinforcement device of a sleeper, and belongs to the technical field of reinforcement of a high-speed railway ballast bed. The device comprises vertical pile foundations, a stand column base flange plate and a transverse baffle, the vertical pile foundations are vertically arranged on the two sides of the end of a sleeper arranged in the advancing direction of a train, one ends of the vertical pile foundations are embedded into the foundation, and the other ends of the two vertical pile foundations located on the same side of the end of the sleeper are used for being connected with the transverse baffle. The vertical pile foundations of the adjacent sleepers are connected in series through stand column base flange plates embedded in a railway ballast layer. The method can be used for reinforcing the sleeper on the ballast track line.
