LONGITUDINAL SLEEPER
The present invention relates to a longitudinal sleeper having an interlocking structure with highly improved durability, which provides an interlocking structure between neighboring longitudinal sleepers consecutively arranged in a longitudinal direction by using an upper-side protrusion and recess, and an elastic insertion pad on the joining surface, thereby preventing a load from being concentrated on both end portions of the longitudinal sleeper and preventing the load from being locally concentrated by distributing the load on the longitudinal sleeper to the neighboring joined longitudinal sleeper. The interlocking longitudinal sleeper of the present invention comprises: a concrete main body; an upper-side protrusion (10) formed at a front end portion of the concrete main body, which protrudes toward the front from a upper part of the front end portion; and an upper-side recess (12) formed at a back end portion of the concrete main body, which is dented as an upper part thereof is removed toward the front, such that the upper-side protrusion (10) of a neighboring longitudinal sleeper is placed in the upper recess. When multiple interlocking longitudinal sleepers are arranged in the longitudinal direction, the upper-side protrusion (10) of a longitudinal sleeper in a backward direction is in contact with and stacked on the upper-side recess (12) of an interlocking longitudinal sleeper in a forward position such that the neighboring interlocking longitudinal sleepers are interlocked one after the other.
본 발명은 종침목을 종방향으로 연속 배치함에 있어서 이웃하는 종침목 사이에 상측 돌출부와 함몰부, 그리고 접합면의 탄성삽입패드를 이용한 맞물림 구조를 가지도록 함으로써, 종침목 양단부에서의 하중 집중 현상을 방지하고, 종침목에 가해지는 하중을 이웃하여 연결된 인접 종침목으로 전달하여 분산시킴으로써 국부적인 하중 집중 현상을 방지하여 내구성을 크게 향상시킨 "맞물림 구조의 종침목"에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 콘크리트 본체로 이루어지며; 콘크리트 본체의 전방 단부에는, 그 상부측에서 전방을 향하여 상측 돌출부(10)가 돌출 형성되어 있고; 콘크리트 본체의 후방 단부에는, 이웃하는 맞물림 종침목의 상측 돌출부(10)가 위치할 수 있도록, 전방을 향하여 상측 부분이 제거되어 오목하게 함몰되어 있는 상측 함몰부(12)가 형성되어 있고; 복수개의 맞물림 종침목이 종방향으로 배치될 때, 전방위치 맞물림 종침목의 상측 함몰부(12) 위에 후방위치 맞물림 종침목의 상측 돌출부(10)가 접한 상태로 포개져서 위치하여 이웃하는 맞물림 종침목이 맞물려서 연속하게 되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞물림 종침목이 제공된다.
LONGITUDINAL SLEEPER
The present invention relates to a longitudinal sleeper having an interlocking structure with highly improved durability, which provides an interlocking structure between neighboring longitudinal sleepers consecutively arranged in a longitudinal direction by using an upper-side protrusion and recess, and an elastic insertion pad on the joining surface, thereby preventing a load from being concentrated on both end portions of the longitudinal sleeper and preventing the load from being locally concentrated by distributing the load on the longitudinal sleeper to the neighboring joined longitudinal sleeper. The interlocking longitudinal sleeper of the present invention comprises: a concrete main body; an upper-side protrusion (10) formed at a front end portion of the concrete main body, which protrudes toward the front from a upper part of the front end portion; and an upper-side recess (12) formed at a back end portion of the concrete main body, which is dented as an upper part thereof is removed toward the front, such that the upper-side protrusion (10) of a neighboring longitudinal sleeper is placed in the upper recess. When multiple interlocking longitudinal sleepers are arranged in the longitudinal direction, the upper-side protrusion (10) of a longitudinal sleeper in a backward direction is in contact with and stacked on the upper-side recess (12) of an interlocking longitudinal sleeper in a forward position such that the neighboring interlocking longitudinal sleepers are interlocked one after the other.
본 발명은 종침목을 종방향으로 연속 배치함에 있어서 이웃하는 종침목 사이에 상측 돌출부와 함몰부, 그리고 접합면의 탄성삽입패드를 이용한 맞물림 구조를 가지도록 함으로써, 종침목 양단부에서의 하중 집중 현상을 방지하고, 종침목에 가해지는 하중을 이웃하여 연결된 인접 종침목으로 전달하여 분산시킴으로써 국부적인 하중 집중 현상을 방지하여 내구성을 크게 향상시킨 "맞물림 구조의 종침목"에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 콘크리트 본체로 이루어지며; 콘크리트 본체의 전방 단부에는, 그 상부측에서 전방을 향하여 상측 돌출부(10)가 돌출 형성되어 있고; 콘크리트 본체의 후방 단부에는, 이웃하는 맞물림 종침목의 상측 돌출부(10)가 위치할 수 있도록, 전방을 향하여 상측 부분이 제거되어 오목하게 함몰되어 있는 상측 함몰부(12)가 형성되어 있고; 복수개의 맞물림 종침목이 종방향으로 배치될 때, 전방위치 맞물림 종침목의 상측 함몰부(12) 위에 후방위치 맞물림 종침목의 상측 돌출부(10)가 접한 상태로 포개져서 위치하여 이웃하는 맞물림 종침목이 맞물려서 연속하게 되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞물림 종침목이 제공된다.
