Gypsum-based spraying material
The invention provides a gypsum-based spraying material. The gypsum-based spraying material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 to 55 parts of a gypsum base material, 2 to 5 parts of lightweight aggregate, 40 to 50 parts of fine sand, 0.1 to 0.3 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a flame retardant, 0.03 to 0.08 part of a thixotropic agent and 0.1 to 0.3 part of a gypsum retarder. The gypsum-based spraying material disclosed by the invention is prepared by taking a byproduct fluorgypsum obtained by preparing hydrogen fluoride from sulfuric acid and fluorite as a base material and matching with the fine sand, the flame retardant, the water-retaining agent, the thixotropic agent and the lightweight aggregate prepared from the glass beads according to a strict proportion, so that the gypsum-based spraying material is stronger in adhesive force after being sprayed; the gypsum-based spraying material is free of hollowing, cracking and falling phenomena, the construction quality of the gypsum-based spraying material is improved, the fireproof performance of the gypsum-based spraying material is improved after spraying, the fireproof time of the gypsum-based spraying material in use is effectively prolonged, and the fireproof effect of the gypsum-based spraying material is improved. Therefore, the protection performance of the gypsum-based spraying material during use is improved.
