The invention discloses a component with threaded connection holes and a connection structure of the component. The component with the threaded connection holes comprises a prefabricated slab body, an internal thread hole channel is formed in the end face of the prefabricated slab body. A connecting bolt is in threaded connection in the internal threaded hole channel; the corresponding connecting bolts of the two prefabricated slab bodies needing to be in butt joint are connected through a connecting piece. By adopting the component with the threaded connecting holes, a plurality of prefabricated slab bodies are butted on a horizontal plane or a vertical plane, and the end surfaces of the butted prefabricated slab bodies are connected and fixed through the connecting bolts and the connecting pieces; and the connected prefabricated plate composite structure and the beam/column/wall plate are constructed at the joint of the connecting bolt and the connecting piece to form a node connecting structure. The connecting bolts are arranged in the internal threaded hole channels of the prefabricated slab body, then the connecting pieces are used for connection, and a full prefabricated component or a structural decoration integrated component is formed. After the components are installed, the connecting bolts abut against each other through the connecting pieces, and then concrete is poured to enable the two components to form an integral structure.
