The invention discloses a prestressed member with internal and external threaded connecting holes, a connecting structure and an application method. The prestressed member comprises a member body; a threaded hole is formed in one connecting end face of the component body, and a conical hole is formed in the bottom wall of the threaded hole. The other connecting end face of the component body abuts against a sleeve, threads are machined inside and outside the sleeve, and an inner hole in the end, facing the connecting end face, of the sleeve forms a conical hole. A prestressed tendon is fixed in the component body, the two ends of the prestressed tendon penetrate out of the corresponding threaded holes and the corresponding sleeves, the ends of the prestressed tendon abut against the inner walls of the threaded holes and the inner walls of the conical holes of the sleeves through wedge-shaped anchor pieces, and the sleeves are pressed on the connecting end faces. The connecting structure adopts a hollow connecting piece, a butt joint piece and a locking piece to realize the connection of the two component bodies; the component body is used as a floor slab and/or a wallboard to be mutually connected and assembled through the hollow connecting piece, the butt joint piece and the locking piece.
