The invention relates to an offshore wind generating set pile foundation scouring and corrosion monitoring system and method, the system comprises a data analysis platform and a laser radar arranged on an offshore wind generating set, the laser radar is located above the seawater surface where the offshore wind generating set is located, and the data analysis platform is arranged on the coast; the laser radar is used for detecting the elevation difference between a seabed around a pile foundation of the offshore wind turbine generator set and the surface of the pile foundation at different moments to obtain seabed point cloud data and pile foundation point cloud data at different moments; the data analysis platform analyzes the fluctuation form of the seabed by using the seabed point cloud data at different moments, and analyzes the dynamic evolution condition of the seabed by comparing the differences of the seabed point cloud data at different moments; and analyzing the corrosion condition of the surface of the pile foundation by comparing the difference of the point cloud data of the pile foundation at different moments. The laser radar is used for collecting point data, the laser radar is not corroded by seawater, and the service life of the system is prolonged.
