The invention discloses a prestressed member with internal and external threaded connection holes, a connection structure and an application method. The prestressed member comprises a member body; a sleeve abuts against the connecting end face of the component body, threads are machined inside and outside the sleeve, and a conical hole is formed in an inner hole in the end, facing the connecting end face, of the sleeve. A prestressed tendon is fixed in the component body, the two ends of the prestressed tendon penetrate out of the corresponding sleeves, the ends of the prestressed tendon abut against the inner walls of the conical holes through wedge-shaped anchor pieces, and the sleeves are pressed on the connecting end faces. The connecting structure adopts a hollow connecting piece, a butt joint piece and a locking piece to realize the connection of the two component bodies; the hollow connecting piece is a bolt connected with the internal thread of the sleeve, and the end of the bolt is provided with an avoiding hole for avoiding the prestressed tendon; the butt-joint piece is a butt-joint rod body which abuts against the position between the two corresponding bolts, and the end of the butt-joint rod body is locked to the external threads of the sleeve through the locking piece. According to the application method, gaps formed in the connecting positions of the hollow connecting piece, the butt joint piece and the locking piece are filled with concrete.
本发明公开了一种内外螺纹连接孔的预应力构件及连接结构和应用方法,预应力构件包括构件本体;构件本体的连接端面上抵接有套管,套管内外均加工有螺纹,套管朝向连接端面的一端内孔形成锥形孔;构件本体内部固定有预应力筋,预应力筋两端穿出对应的套管,预应力筋端头通过楔形锚片顶紧在锥形孔的内壁上,并将套管压紧在连接端面上。连接结构,采用空心连接件、对接件和锁紧件实现两个构件本体的连接;空心连接件为与套管的内螺纹连接的螺栓,螺栓端头具有避让预应力筋的避让孔;对接件为顶紧在两个对应的螺栓之间的对接杆体,锁紧件将对接杆体的端头锁紧在套管的外螺纹上。应用方法为:空心连接件、对接件和锁紧件连接处形成的间隙填充有混凝土。
