The invention discloses a control method and device of a waterway system, environmental sanitation equipment and a storage medium, the control method of the waterway system comprises the steps that working parameters of a nozzle are determined, and the working parameters of the nozzle comprise the water outlet pressure of the nozzle and the water outlet flow of the nozzle under the water outlet pressure; determining the working pressure of the waterway system; determining a target rotating speed of a motor of the water pump assembly, wherein the target rotating speed is obtained according to the working parameters and the working pressure of the waterway system; and controlling a motor of the water pump assembly to operate at the target rotating speed. According to the control method of the waterway system, the rotating speed of the motor can be adjusted in real time according to the working parameters of the nozzle and the working pressure of the waterway system, waste of energy consumption of the motor is avoided, overflow of the automatic unloading valve can be reduced, and energy consumption of the waterway system is reduced.
