The invention discloses a curtain wall and an installation system and method thereof, the curtain wall comprises a decoration panel, a heat preservation and insulation layer and a back plate which are bonded in sequence, the decoration panel is a lava plate, the heat preservation and insulation layer is a vacuum insulation plate, and the back plate is a fiber reinforced calcium silicate plate. The installation system further comprises a wall connecting piece, an adjusting piece and an angle piece. According to the curtain wall, the ultra-low heat conductivity coefficient of the vacuum heat insulation plate is utilized, and the vacuum heat insulation plate, the decoration panel and the back plate are compounded into a whole novel heat preservation and decoration integrated plate; the thickness of the vacuum insulated panel is only 1/5 of that of rock wool, the thickness of the curtain wall heat preservation structure is reduced, and the use area of a building is increased; in the construction process of installing a curtain wall, due to the fact that steel bars exist in a wall body, deviation possibly exists between the positions of anchor bolt holes and the paying-off position, vertical adjustment is conducted through the wall connecting piece and the wall connecting strip holes; and when the flatness of the wall body does not meet the requirement, adjustment in the horizontal direction and the left-right direction is conducted through the adjusting pieces and the corner pieces, and the installation flatness of the curtain wall is guaranteed.
