Medium-low molecular weight phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent with medium and low molecular weight and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method of the water reducing agent comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a polyether intermediate: taking alkyl/naphthenic base/arylamine as an initiator, carrying out ring-opening polymerization reaction on the initiator and alkylene oxide under the action of a polymerization catalyst, continuously adding chlorohydrin after the reaction is finished, and carrying out heat preservation to obtain the polyether intermediate; carrying out quaternization reaction under the condition of a quaternization catalyst to obtain a polyether intermediate; and (2) preparation of the phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent with medium and low molecular weight: carrying out phosphonic esterification reaction on the polyether intermediate and a phosphonic acid reagent, adding water for dilution after the reaction is finished, and neutralizing with liquid alkali until the solid content is 50% and the pH value is 7, so as to obtain the phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent with medium and low molecular weight (brown liquid with certain viscosity). The low-molecular-weight phosphonic acid-based water reducer is simple in preparation process, high in production efficiency and excellent in product performance.
本发明提供了一种中低分子量膦酸基减水剂及其制备方法和应用,减水剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)聚醚中间体的制备:以烷基/环烷基/芳基胺为起始剂,在聚合催化剂下与环氧烷烃发生开环聚合反应,反应结束后继续加入氯代醇,在季铵化催化剂条件下发生季铵化反应得到聚醚中间体;(2)中低分子量膦酸基减水剂的制备:聚醚中间体与膦酸化试剂发生膦酸酯化反应,反应结束后加水稀释并液碱中和至固含为50%且pH=7,得到中低分子量膦酸基减水剂(棕褐色具有一定粘度的液体)。本申请中低分子量膦酸基减水剂制备工艺简单、生产效率高、产品性能优异。
