The invention provides a single-chain phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, the molecule composition of the single-chain phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent comprises four structural chain segments, one end of the chain segment I is an alkoxy-terminated polyether amine chain segment, the chain segment II is a polyamine structure, the chain segment III is a carbonyl connecting arm, and the chain segment IV is a phosphonic acid adsorption group; the chain segment I and/or the chain segment II are/is connected through a carbonyl connecting arm; the chain segment IV is connected with the chain segment I and the chain segment II through alkylene, so that the single-chain phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent with a polyether amine chain segment at one end and a phosphonic acid adsorption group at the other end is formed through the connection mode. The single-chain phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent has the effects of retarding and long-acting slump retaining. The preparation method is simple, the structure adjustability is high, raw materials such as chlorinated polyether are not used, and the problem that a phosphonic acid-based water reducer contains chloride ions is solved.
本发明提供一种单链型膦酸基减水剂及其制备方法,所述单链型膦酸基减水剂的分子组成包括四种结构链段,其链段Ⅰ一端为烷氧基封端的聚醚胺链段、链段Ⅱ多胺基结构、链段Ⅲ羰基连接臂,链段Ⅳ膦酸吸附基团构成;链段Ⅰ和/或链段Ⅱ通过羰基连接臂连接;链段Ⅳ与链段Ⅰ和链段Ⅱ通过亚烷基连接,通过上述连接方式构成一端为聚醚胺链段、另一端为膦酸吸附基团的单链型膦酸基减水剂。所述单链型膦酸基减水剂具有缓凝和长效保坍效果。所述制备方法简单、结构可调性强,且不使用氯代聚醚等原料,解决了膦酸基减水剂中含有氯离子的问题。
