The invention discloses a novel autoclaved thermal-insulation lightweight aerated block and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of building materials, the novel autoclaved thermal-insulation lightweight aerated block comprises the following raw materials by weight: 20-25 parts of a copper tailing material, 18-20 parts of slag, 8-10 parts of cement clinker, 10-15 parts of an aeolian sand raw material, 3-5 parts of gypsum, 4-6 parts of a foaming agent, 2-8 parts of an additive, and 3-5 parts of a grinding aid. According to the autoclaved thermal-insulation lightweight aerated block, the copper tailings, the slag, the cement clinker, the aeolian sand raw material and the gypsum are adopted as main raw materials, the oven dry density, the oven dry compressive strength, the strength after freezing and the heat conductivity coefficient of the prepared autoclaved thermal-insulation lightweight aerated block are obviously superior to those of a traditional national standard aerated block product, and the performance of the aerated block product is ensured while the low density of the aerated block product is ensured; the self weight is greatly reduced, the lower the heat conductivity coefficient of the aerated block is, the better the heat preservation effect is, and the traditional high-cost aerated block preparation mode is abandoned, so that the raw material range of the aerated block can be widened, resources can be reasonably utilized, and the use cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型蒸压保温轻质加气块及其制备方法,具体涉及建筑材料技术领域,原料按重量份包括:铜尾矿料20‑25份、矿渣18‑20份、水泥熟料8‑10份、风积砂原料10‑15份、石膏3‑5份、发气剂4‑6份、外加剂2‑8份以及助磨剂3‑5份。本发明中,通过采用铜尾矿料、矿渣、水泥熟料、风积砂原料和石膏为主要原料,所制备的蒸压保温轻质加气块的绝干密度、绝干抗压强度、冻后强度以及导热系数明显优于传统国标加气块产品,在确保加气块产品低密度的同时保证其性能,且大大减轻自重,且加气块导热系数越低则保温效果越好,摒弃传统高成本制备加气块的方式,因而能够拓宽加气块的原材料范围,能够对资源进行合理利用,降低使用成本。
