The concrete immersed tube joint construction method comprises the following steps that a complete immersed tube joint pouring task is divided into two stages; wherein the first-stage pouring task at least comprises pouring of a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate, a cross beam, a longitudinal beam and a box column, a first-stage pipe joint is defined after pouring is completed, and the quality upper limit constraint of the first-stage pipe joint is determined according to the designed water level of the shallow dry dock and the undocking requirement and the stress requirement of the first-stage pouring task; after the first-stage pouring task is completed, steel sealing doors are installed at the two ends of the first-stage pipe joint, the first-stage pipe joint is transported to a wharf in a floating mode, and a second-stage pouring task is conducted on the water surface; the second-stage pouring task at least comprises pouring of the sub-top plate, and if other structures which are not poured exist, supplementary pouring continues until a complete immersed tube joint is obtained. The method has the beneficial effects that the construction cost can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the inter-section sealing of the pipe sections is not influenced.
