The invention provides an aluminum zinc oxide doped silicon carbide conductive composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic products. The aluminum zinc oxide doped silicon carbide conductive composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of SiC, 20-60 parts of aluminum zinc oxide powder and 2-10 parts of a sintering aid. The silicon carbide composite material is prepared by taking silicon carbide (SiC) as a main raw material, matching with a proper amount of aluminum zinc oxide powder and selecting a proper sintering aid, and the conductivity and oxidation resistance of the composite material are remarkably improved compared with those of silicon carbide ceramic.
