The invention discloses a pile body perpendicularity optical monitoring device. The pile body perpendicularity optical monitoring device comprises a laser detector, a light sensing plate and a light sensing plate receiving and transmitting device. The emitting light source of the laser detector is vertical and downward. The light sensing plate is arranged above a pile body. The laser detector is arranged right above the light sensing plate. The light sensing plate receiving and transmitting device is arranged on one side of the light sensing plate. During measurement, laser illuminates on thelight sensing plate; the movement track of a laser point on the light sensing plate is sent to a remote data processing system through the light sensing plate receiving and transmitting device in a signal manner, and the position state of the pile body and whether the position needs to be adjusted or not can be judged; and the structure is simple, the measurement precision is high, meanwhile, thelaser detector has the functions of transmitting and receiving to calculate the pile driving depth, two purposes are achieved by one object, and the practicability is high.
