The rechargeable cement-based battery is characterized in that the battery comprises an anode, an electrolyte and a cathode, the anode and the cathode are arranged at the two ends of the electrolyte respectively, the anode is an electroplated metal iron carbon fiber net, the cathode is an electroplated metal nickel carbon fiber net, and the electrolyte is a cement-based material; the cement-based material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 14.9 to 65.0 percent of cement, 0.1 to 2.8 percent of conductive material, 0 to 71.7 percent of fine aggregate, 0 to 0.53 percent of water reducing agent and 21.1 to 40 percent of water; the anode and the cathode of the battery body are formed by electroplating iron and nickel on the carbon fiber net, so that the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery is improved.
