The invention relates to an inorganic calcium salt doped modified silicon dioxide aerogel composite fiber felt thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The fiber-reinforced aerogel thermal insulation material is formed by taking refractory fibers as a supporting body and inorganic calcium salt doped and modified mesoporous silica aerogel as a filling body. Taking water glass as a silicon source, and carrying out ion exchange to obtain acidic silicon dioxide sol; the inorganic calcium salt is added into the silica sol, and the inorganic calcium salt doped modified silica aerogel composite fiber felt thermal insulation material is obtained through the steps of pH adjustment, fiber felt dipping, aging, solvent replacement, ethanol supercritical drying and the like. The prepared material has the advantages of low density, low thermal conductivity and better high-temperature stability, the aerogel microstructure in fiber pores is better maintained after the material is subjected to heat treatment at 800 DEG C for 2 hours, and the material still has a complete gel network and a good nano mesoporous structure.
本发明涉及无机钙盐掺杂改性二氧化硅气凝胶复合纤维毡隔热材料及其制备方法;以耐火纤维为支撑体,以无机钙盐掺杂改性的介孔二氧化硅气凝胶为填充体,形成纤维增强气凝胶隔热材料。以水玻璃为硅源,经离子交换后得到酸性二氧化硅溶胶;向硅溶胶中加入无机钙盐,经调节pH、浸渍纤维毡、老化、溶剂置换以及乙醇超临界干燥等步骤后得到无机钙盐掺杂改性二氧化硅气凝胶复合纤维毡隔热材料。制备的材料具有低密度、低热导率和较好的高温稳定性,在800℃热处理2h后纤维孔隙中的气凝胶微观结构保持较好,仍然具有完整的凝胶网络和良好的纳米介孔结构。
