The invention provides an offshore combined structure single pile and a construction method thereof.The offshore combined structure single pile comprises a peripheral pile foundation, a single pile foundation and a pile sinking assembly, the peripheral pile foundation comprises a plurality of peripheral piles and a core pile, the peripheral piles are sequentially connected in the circumferential direction of the core pile and connected with the core pile, and the single pile foundation comprises a plurality of single piles; the axial direction of the peripheral pile is parallel to the axial direction of the core pile, the single-pile foundation is arranged in a central cavity of the core pile, a gap is formed between the outer peripheral wall of the single-pile foundation and the inner peripheral wall of the core pile, and the pile sinking assembly comprises a first flushing pipeline, a first water pumping pipeline, a second flushing pipeline and a second water pumping pipeline. The first flushing pipeline and the first water pumping pipeline are used for conducting flushing and mud pumping operation on surrounding piles, and the second flushing pipeline and the second water pumping pipeline are used for conducting flushing and mud pumping operation on a single-pile foundation. The offshore combined structure single pile is wide in application range, small in disturbance to soil and small in influence on ocean water quality.
