The invention provides a method for preparing a foamed ceramic filter by multiple sintering of waste chrome corundum, and relates to the field of solid waste utilization. The method comprises the following steps: grinding and screening the waste chrome corundum to obtain fine particles and coarse particles; mixing the fine particles with cerium oxide and lanthanum oxide to obtain a first mixture, and mixing the coarse particles with zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide to obtain a second mixture; respectively mixing the mixture with water, hydroxypropyl guar gum and solvent oil to obtain slurry; dipping soft polyurethane foam serving as a carrier in the second slurry, and then extruding and drying to obtain a first blank; dipping the first blank in the first slurry, and drying to obtain a second blank; dipping the second blank in the second slurry, and drying to obtain a third blank; sequentially performing first sintering, second sintering and third sintering on the third blank, and cooling to obtain the foamed ceramic filter. According to the method provided by the invention, the foamed ceramic filter with excellent performance can be prepared by effectively utilizing the waste chrome corundum.
