The invention provides a refractory material prepared from investment casting waste sand and a preparation method, and relates to the technical field of refractory materials. Comprising the following materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of investment casting waste sand, 20-30 parts of metallurgical slag, 5-15 parts of rice hull ash, 10-15 parts of quartz sand, 2-5 parts of potassium titanate, 1-3 parts of zinc borate, 5-10 parts of expanded perlite, 12-14 parts of mullite, 10-15 parts of a binding agent, 2-3 parts of a plasticizer, 1-2 parts of an oxidizing agent, 0.5-1 part of a defoaming agent and 1-2 parts of a reinforcing agent. According to the invention, the investment casting waste sand is used as a footstone, and the metallurgical slag and the rice hull ash are matched as auxiliary materials, so that the basic part of the refractory material introduces a waste recycling principle, the performance of the refractory material is guaranteed, the environmental pollution caused by waste discharge is avoided, and the resource utilization rate is increased; and the production material cost can be reduced to a certain extent.
本发明提出一种利用熔模铸造废砂制备的耐火材料及制备方法,涉及耐火材料技术领域,包括以下重量份材料:熔模铸造废砂50~60份、冶金炉渣20~30份、稻壳灰5~15份、石英砂10~15份、钛酸钾2~5份、硼酸锌1~3份、膨胀珍珠岩5~10份、莫来石12~14份、结合剂10~15份、增塑剂2~3份、氧化剂1~2份、消泡剂0.5~1份、增强剂1~2份;本发明以熔模铸造废砂为基石,并配合上冶金炉渣和稻壳灰作为辅料,使耐火材料的基础部分引入了废物再利用的原则,保障耐火材料性能的同时,避免废料的排放对环境造成污染,提高资源利用率的同时,对于生产的材料成本能够带来一定的降低。
