The invention relates to a point cloud map updating method and system, a domain controller, an excavator and a storage medium. The point cloud map updating method comprises the following steps: constructing a point cloud map of an excavator rotation operation scene according to laser radar point cloud data and turntable attitude sensor data; dividing the point cloud map into a plurality of areas; determining an area index value of each area according to the rotation angle of the excavator; and updating the point cloud map according to the region index value. According to the method, the operation scene can be mapped and updated by utilizing the rotation operation motion of the excavator, the map index is established according to the rotation angle, the map is updated according to the index, and the map retrieval and updating efficiency is improved.

The invention relates to a point cloud map updating method and system, a domain controller, an excavator and a storage medium.
