Concrete pavement material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a concrete pavement material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The concrete pavement material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4-9 parts of red mud; 5-10 parts of mineral powder; 6-10 parts of fly ash; 1-5 parts of desulfurized gypsum; 1-7 parts of quick lime; 15 to 20 parts of fine aggregate; and 35-40 parts of coarse aggregate. The red mud, the fly ash and other solid wastes are applied to the pavement material, so that the problems caused by large-scale accumulation of the red mud are solved, large-scale resource utilization of the red mud is realized, and meanwhile, the cost of the highway pavement material is also reduced; the 7d unconfined compressive strength of the concrete pavement material prepared from the solid wastes such as the red mud and the fly ash is all greater than 5.0 MPa, so that the concrete pavement material meets the current road standards and can be used for construction of highway pavements.
本发明公开了一种混凝土路面材料及其制备方法和应用,包括以下质量份的原料:赤泥4~9份;矿粉5~10份;粉煤灰6~10份;脱硫石膏1~5份;生石灰1~7份;细骨料15~20份;粗骨料35~40份。本发明将赤泥、粉煤灰等固废应用于路面材料,既解决了赤泥的大批量堆积所引起的问题,实现赤泥的大规模资源化利用,同时也降低了高速公路路面材料的成本,且采用赤泥、粉煤灰等固废制得的混凝土路面材料的7d无侧限抗压强度全部大于5.0MPa,满足现行的路用标准,可以用于高速公路路面的施工。
