According to the preparation method, the water reducing agent and the SAP particles are added as additives, all the raw materials cooperate with one another, the grouting material which is good in flowability, compactness and mechanical property, has a long-term expansion effect in a humid environment and is good in sealing and anti-seepage effect is prepared, and efficient utilization of industrial solid waste is achieved at the same time.
