A water stop ridge and a concrete top plate at the edge of a post-cast strip are integrally poured and formed; the prefabricated cover plate covers the top position of the post-cast strip, the splicing position of the prefabricated cover plate is arranged to be of a V-shaped structure, and fine aggregate concrete is poured; the pouring hole is formed by integrally pouring a steel pipe and the prefabricated cover plate; the temporary support is supported at the bottom of the concrete top plate at the edge of the post-cast strip; the multiple vertical rods are supported on the edges of the two sides of the post-cast strip formwork and the middle of the post-cast strip formwork respectively, a wireless pressure sensor is arranged on the vertical rod in the middle and used for collecting pressure values while supporting stress of the formwork, and the concrete pouring compactness is judged by comparing a theoretical calculation value with an actual pressure value. And in addition, fine aggregate concrete is filled between the splicing positions of the prefabricated cover plates and used for filling splicing seams, the prefabricated cover plates are connected into a whole, and the risk of water leakage or water seepage can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种沉降后浇带预封闭结构及其施工方法,涉及一般建筑构造接缝领域,止水坎,与后浇带边缘处混凝土顶板一体浇筑成型;预制盖板,盖合在后浇带的顶部位置,预制盖板的拼接处设置为V形结构,并浇筑细石混凝土;浇筑孔,采用钢管与预制盖板一体浇筑成型;临时支撑,支撑在后浇带边缘处的混凝土顶板底部;多个立杆,分别支撑在后浇带模板的两侧边缘处以及后浇带模板的中部位置,在中部的立杆上设置有无线压力传感器,作为模板支撑受力的同时收集压力值,通过理论计算值与实际压力数值的对比,判断砼浇筑密实性,而且在预制盖板拼接处之间采用细石混凝土填充,用于填充拼接缝,将预制盖板连接成一个整体,可减少漏水或者渗水的风险。
