According to the preparation method of the porous mullite ceramic with the spinel pore layer structure, light spherical mullite micro powder, sintered corundum micro powder, silicon micro powder and a fused magnesite/starch (MgO (at) (C6H10O5) n) composite pore-forming agent are taken as raw materials, a binding agent is added for mixing, packaging and ageing are performed, mechanical pressing, drying and roasting are performed, and the porous mullite ceramic with the spinel pore layer structure is obtained. The preparation method has the characteristics of low preparation cost, simple process and controllable process; the prepared porous mullite ceramic with the spinel pore layer structure is small in volume density, low in thermal conductivity, high in compression strength and excellent in alkali metal compound erosion resistance.
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,尤其涉及一种尖晶石孔层结构的多孔莫来石陶瓷及其制备方法。本发明的一种尖晶石孔层结构的多孔莫来石陶瓷的制备方法,以轻质球型莫来石微粉、烧结刚玉微粉、硅微粉、电熔镁砂/淀粉(MgO@(C6H10O5)n)复合造孔剂为原料,加入结合剂混料后,封装困料、机压成型、干燥、焙烧得尖晶石孔层结构的多孔莫来石陶瓷。本发明具有制备成本低廉、工艺简单、过程可控的特点;所制备的尖晶石孔层结构的多孔莫来石陶瓷体积密度小、导热率低、耐压强度大、抗碱金属化合物侵蚀性能优良。
