The invention discloses a geopolymer repairing material for a concrete structure and a repairing method thereof. The repairing method comprises the following steps: preparing the geopolymer repairing material for the concrete structure; the interface of the concrete to be repaired is subjected to manual regular scabbling treatment, and a target repairing interface is determined; and the repairing material is applied to the target repairing interface, so that the to-be-repaired concrete is repaired. The repairing material has the characteristics of mild activity, good compatibility with old concrete of an existing structure, high interface splitting tensile strength after repairing, good chloride ion permeability resistance and the like, and the splitting tensile strength and the chloride ion permeability resistance are improved compared with those of repairing by using common concrete; the splitting tensile strength is improved, and the chloride ion penetration resistance is remarkably improved. The concrete repairing agent can be widely used for repairing concrete and has popularization and application prospects. And meanwhile, the slag fly ash is reutilized, so that the method has important significance for reducing the use of cement, reducing carbon emission and protecting the environment.
本发明公开一种混凝土结构的地质聚合物修补材料及其修补方法,修补方法包括:制备混凝土结构的地质聚合物修补材料;对待修补混凝土的界面处进行人工规则凿毛处理,确定目标修补界面;将修补材料敷在目标修补界面处,以实现对待修补混凝土的修补。本发明具有修补材料活性温和,与现有结构的旧混凝土相容性好,修补后界面劈裂抗拉强度高、抗氯离子渗透性好等特点,劈裂抗拉强度以及抗氯离子渗透性能均比用普通混凝土修补有所提高,同时该凿毛方式,劈裂抗拉强度提高、抗氯离子渗透性能显著提高。可广泛用于混凝土的修补,具有推广及应用前景。同时也二次利用了矿渣粉煤灰,对减少水泥的使用、降低碳排放和保护环境而言具有重要意义。
