PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve element removal device and a valve element removal method capable of being applied to various valve devices, and capable of hermetically surrounding a pipe conduit portion body and a valve body portion by a work case only by work at a valve body portion side with respect to a fluid pipe conduit without surrounding the whole valve device.SOLUTION: A valve element removal device includes a work case 30 hermetically surrounding a part of a valve device 2, a work valve 26 partitioning an internal space of the work case 30, valve moving means 91 capable of moving a valve body portion 11 in the work case 30, and fastening members 23, 25 for fastening a first flange 6 and a second flange 13. The work case 30 has a sealing portion 36 for sealing a radial outer side of an insertion hole of the first flange 6 to which the fastening members 23, 25 are inserted.
【課題】種々の弁装置に適用可能であるとともに、弁装置全体を囲う必要がなく、流体管路よりも弁本体部側での作業のみで管路部本体及び弁本体部を作業用ケースで密封状に囲うことのできる弁体撤去装置及び弁体撤去方法を提供すること。【解決手段】弁体撤去装置は、弁装置２の一部を密封状態に囲う作業用ケース３０と、作業用ケース３０の内部空間を仕切る作業弁２６と、弁本体部１１を作業用ケース３０内で移動を可能とする弁移動手段９１と、第１フランジ６及び第２フランジ１３を締結する締結部材２３，２５と、を備え、作業用ケース３０は、締結部材２３，２５が挿通される第１フランジ６の挿通孔の径方向外側を封止する封止部３６を有する。【選択図】図２
