VALVE ELEMENT REMOVAL DEVICE AND VALVE ELEMENT REMOVAL METHOD
To provide a valve element removal device which is applicable to various valve devices, eliminates the need to enclose the entire valve device, and is capable of tightly enclosing a duct part body and valve body part with a working case only through work closer to the valve body part than a fluid duct, and a valve element removal method.SOLUTION: A valve element removal device comprises: a work case 30 which encloses only the side of a valve body part 11 in a valve device 2 in a tight state; an operation valve 26 which partitions an internal space of the work case 30; valve movement means 91 which is provided in the work case 30 and makes the valve body part 11 movable inside of the work case 30; and coupling members 23 and 25 which couple a first flange 6 provided in a duct part body 3 and a second flange 13 provided in the valve body part 11. The work case 30 is constituted of a first split body 31 and a second split body 61 which encloses the valve body part 11. The first split body 31 is divided into two parts at least in a circumferential direction of the first flange 6, and a jack supporting weights of the work case 30 and water in the work case 30 and achieving the level is interposed between the work case 30 and a dug ground surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
