WATER CUTOFF STRUCTURE OF BUILDING OUTER WALL AND WATER CUTOFF PROCESSING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly cut off water while using a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A water cutoff structure of a building outer wall comprises a wall lower sheet 33 provided by hanging down downward from a wall material 25, a water cutoff member 31 provided along a vertical frame part 26a, a waterproof tape 37 sticking from the outdoor side so as to straddle the respective wall lower sheets 33 of the wall material 25 adjacent under a longitudinal joint 28 and a backing member 36 sticking to the opposite side of the waterproof tape 37 by sandwiching the wall lower sheet 33. The backing member 36 comprises an expansively deformable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 38 and a holding plate 39 partially stuck to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 38 and holding the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 38 in a predetermined shape. A surplus part not sticking the holding plate 39 is provided in an upper part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 38, and a sheet compression part is formed in the surplus part by pushing the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 38 against the lower end of the water cutoff member 31 in a sticking state to the wall lower sheet 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡易な構成を用いつつも止水を適切に行わせる。【解決手段】建物外壁の止水構造は、壁材２５から下方に垂れ下がって設けられる壁下シート３３と、縦フレーム部２６ａに沿って設けられる止水部材３１と、縦目地２８の下方において隣り合う壁材２５の各壁下シート３３に跨がるようにして屋外側から貼り付けられる防水テープ３７と、壁下シート３３を挟んで防水テープ３７の反対側に貼り付けられる裏当て部材３６と、を備えている。裏当て部材３６は、伸縮変形可能な粘着テープ３８と、その粘着テープ３８に対して部分的に貼り付けられ、粘着テープ３８を所定形状に保持する保持プレート３９とを有している。そして、粘着テープ３８の上部に、保持プレート３９が貼り付けられていない余剰部が設けられ、壁下シート３３に対する貼り付け状態で、粘着テープ３８が止水部材３１の下端に押し当てられることで余剰部にシート圧縮部が形成されている。【選択図】 図３
