INNER FACE MATERIAL PRESSING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner face material pressing device which can press an inner face material without damaging and deforming the inner face material.SOLUTION: An inner face pressing device 1A which presses an inner face material 3 in order to fit the inner face material 3 to an inner face material fixing member 4 which is provided at an internal peripheral face of an existing pipe 2 comprises: a pressing pad 31 which surface-contacts with the inner face material 3; a telescopic cylinder 32 which generates thrust for pressing the pressing pad 31 to the inner face material 3; and a reaction force support body 33 which takes a reaction force with respect to the internal peripheral face of the existing pipe 2. The inner face pressing device transmits the thrust from the telescopic cylinder 32 to the pressing pad 31 while taking the reaction force to the internal peripheral face of the existing pipe 2 by the reaction force support body 33, and presses the inner face material 3.
【課題】内面材を傷付けたり、変形させたりすることなく内面材を押圧することができる内面材押圧装置を提供すること。【解決手段】既設管2の内周面に設置される内面材固定部材4に対して内面材3を嵌着するために該内面材3を押圧する内面材押圧装置1Aであって、内面材3に面接触される押圧パッド31と、押圧パッド31を内面材3に押し付けるための推力を発生する伸縮シリンダ32と、既設管2の内周面に対し反力をとる反力支持体33とを備え、既設管2の内周面に対し反力支持体33で反力をとりながら伸縮シリンダ32からの推力を押圧パッド31に伝達して内面材3を押圧するものとする。【選択図】図1
