INNER FACE MATERIAL PRESSING DEVICE
To provide an inner face material pressing device capable of being applied even when a pipe diameter is changed or a step exists on a pipe, efficiently and surely exerting a work to engage an inner face material with an inner face material fixing member disposed on an inner peripheral face of a pipe in safety while moving in a pipe axial direction without necessarily making a worker enter the pipe, and being applied to a pipe of a small diameter (nominal diameter:800-1000 mm or less).SOLUTION: An inner face material pressing device includes a strut portion 51 disposed so as to be positioned on a line at one side on which a face including a pipe axis and a pipe periphery are intersected and a line at the other side, at end portions, and a first contact portion 11 and a second contact portion 12 disposed on both ends of the strut portion 51 and kept into contact with a surface of an inner face material 5. The strut portion 51 is provided with an elastic expanding/contacting mechanism 65 capable of elastically expanding and contacting a length of the strut portion 51. 【課題】管径の変動や管に段差がある場合でも適用可能で、管軸方向に移動しながら管の内周面に設置された内面材固定部材に内面材を係合する作業を、必ずしも作業者が管内に入ることなく、効率よく、安全に、かつ、確実性を以て行うことができ、かつ、小径(呼び径:800〜1000mm以下)の管にも適用できる内面材押圧装置を提供すること。【解決手段】管軸を含む面と管周とが交わる一方の線上と、他方の線上とに端部が位置するように配置される支柱部51と、支柱部51の両端に設けられ、内面材5の表面に当接する第1の当接部11と、第2の当接部12とを具備し、支柱部51には、該支柱部51の長さを弾性伸縮可能な弾性伸縮機構65が設けられており、第1の当接部11及び第2の当接部12が、内面材5の表面を押圧するようにする。【選択図】図8
