INNER FACE MATERIAL PRESSING MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner face material pressing device which can press an inner face material without damaging and deforming the inner face material, and can be made compact in size.SOLUTION: An inner face material pressing device comprises: a plurality of pressing pads 31A, 31B and 31C which surface-contact with a plurality of pressing points P1, P2 and P3 at an inner face material 3; a plurality of telescopic cylinders 32A, 32B and 32C which generate thrust for pressing the plurality of pressing pads 31A, 31B and 31C to the plurality of corresponding pressing points P1, P2 and P3; and a reaction force support body 33 which takes a reaction force to an attachment-scheduled region of the inner face material 3 which tries to be fit in an inner face material fixing member 4. The inner face material pressing device presses the pressing points P1, P2 and P3 at the inner face material 3 by transmitting thrust from the telescopic cylinders 32A, 32B and 32C to the pressing pads 31A, 31B and 31C, respectively, while taking the reaction force to the attachment-scheduled region by the reaction force support body 33.
【課題】内面材を傷付けたり、変形させたりすることなく内面材を押圧することができ、しかも装置のコンパクト化を達成することができる内面材押圧装置を提供すること。【解決手段】内面材3における複数の押圧ポイントP1,P2,P3のそれぞれに対応して面接触される複数の押圧パッド31A,31B,31Cと、複数の押圧パッド31A,31B,31Cを対応する複数の押圧ポイントP1,P2,P3に押し付けるための推力を発生する複数の伸縮シリンダ32A,32B,32Cと、内面材固定部材4におけるこれから嵌着しようとする内面材3の嵌着予定部位に対し反力をとる反力支持体33とを備え、前記嵌着予定部位に対し反力支持体33で反力をとりながら各伸縮シリンダ32A,32B,32Cからの推力を各押圧パッド31A,31B,31Cに伝達して内面材3における各押圧ポイントP1,P2,P3を押圧するものとする。【選択図】図1
