INNER FACE MATERIAL PRESSING DEVICE
To provide an inner face material pressing device capable of correctly positioning an inner face material at one side to be engaged with an inner face material fixing member in a manner of being adjacent to an inner face material at the other side already engaged with the inner face material fixing member, efficiently and surely exerting a work to engage the inner face material with the inner face material fixing member disposed on an inner peripheral face of a pipe in safety while moving in a pipe axial direction without necessarily making a worker enter the pipe, and being applied to a pipe of a small diameter (nominal diameter:800-1000 mm or less).SOLUTION: An inner face material pressing device includes a contact portion 13 having a roller main body portion 90 for pressing a surface of an inner face material 5 at one side, an inner projecting portion 91 for positioning the inner face material 5 at one side, and an outer projecting portion 92 guided along an inner face material 5' at the other side. 【課題】これから内面材固定部材に係合する一方の内面材を、既に内面材固定部材に係合された他方の内面材に隣接するように正確に位置決めすることができ、管軸方向に移動しながら管の内周面に設置された内面材固定部材に内面材を係合する作業を、必ずしも作業者が管内に入ることなく、効率よく、安全に、かつ、確実性を以て行うことができ、かつ、小径(呼び径:800〜1000mm以下)の管にも適用できる内面材押圧装置を提供すること。【解決手段】一方の内面材5の表面を押圧するローラ本体部90を有する当接部13と、一方の内面材5を位置決めする内側突部91と、他方の内面材5´に沿って案内される外側突部92とを具備し、内面材押圧装置1を管軸方向に移動しながら、ローラ本体部90によって一方の内面材5の表面を内面材固定部材10に向けて押圧することで、一方の内面材5を内面材固定部材10に係合するようにする。【選択図】図11
