PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house that totally enhances comfort in living, centered around a common-use part.SOLUTION: An entrance 20 is a common-use part of an apartment house 1, the common-use part including a part 17 surrounded by a main building 10 and a plurality of residential parts 11 to 13. The entrance has a staircase 28 and a corridor 29 inside, and is separated from outside by an external wall 21 for the entrance built continuously with external walls 10a to 10e of the main building 10. The external wall 21 for the entrance includes a decorative wall part 22 having a plurality of long materials arranged with intervals.
【課題】共用部に依拠した総合的な住み心地の良さを向上させることが可能な集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅１において、建物本体１０と、複数の居住部１１〜１３に囲まれた部分１７を含むようにして設けられる共用部であるエントランス部２０は、その内部に、階段２８と、廊下２９を備え、建物本体１０の外周壁１０ａ〜１０ｅと連続して設けられるエントランス部用外壁２１で覆われることによって外部と隔てられていて、エントランス部用外壁２１は、間隔を空けて配置された複数の長尺材を有する化粧壁部２２を含んで構成されている。【選択図】図２
