METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING TANK AND TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a tank which is highly efficient and is capable of reducing a construction period.SOLUTION: In a method for constructing a tank, an oil protective barrier 2 of a LNG tank 100 is constructed by concrete with an opening 20 for construction left, and tension is applied to circumferential PC steel materials 17a and vertical PC steel materials 17b inserted into the part except the opening 20 of the oil protective barrier 2 so as to introduce pre-stress into the oil protective barrier 2. Thereafter, the opening 20 is closed. At least a part of the PC steel materials 17a and 17b have one end in a marginal part of the opening 20, and when pre-stress is introduced, one end is fixed at the marginal part of the opening 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】効率性が高く、工期も短縮可能なタンクの構築方法等を提供する。【解決手段】工事用の開口部20を残した状態でLNGタンク100の防液堤2をコンクリートにより構築し、防液堤2の開口部20を除く部分に通された周方向PC鋼材17a、鉛直方向PC鋼材17bを緊張して防液堤2にプレストレスを導入する。その後、開口部20を閉塞する。PC鋼材17a、17bの少なくとも一部は、開口部20の縁部に一端を有し、プレストレスの導入時、一端が開口部20の縁部で定着される。【選択図】図4
