PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a cylindrical tank, in which an inner tank side plate can be carried in a tank peripheral direction in a compact configuration without giving influences to other work.SOLUTION: The construction method for the cylindrical tank in a double shell structure, in which an inner tank is assembled inside an outer tank by lifting an inner tank side plate 9 up using a jack-up device and mounting the next inner tank side plate 9 to the lower side of the lifted-up inner tank side plate 9 in an alternately repetitive manner, includes a step of providing a roller unit 100 along the tank peripheral direction for supporting the inner tank side plate 9, a step of fixing an endless winch 120 to the inner tank side plate 9, a step of providing a rope 121 which the endless winch 120 hauls in along the tank peripheral direction, and a step of carrying the inner tank side plate 9 supported by the roller unit 100 in the tank peripheral direction while making the endless winch 120 haul in the rope 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】他の作業に影響を与えることなく、コンパクトな構成で内槽側板をタンク周方向に搬送することができる円筒型タンクの構築方法の提供。【解決手段】外槽の内側において、ジャッキアップ装置による内槽側板９の上昇と、上昇した内槽側板９の下側への次の内槽側板９の取り付けと、を交互に繰り返して内槽を組み立てる二重殻構造の円筒型タンクの構築方法であって、内槽側板９を支持するローラーユニット１００をタンク周方向に沿って設ける工程と、内槽側板９にエンドレス型ウインチ１２０を固定する工程と、エンドレス型ウインチ１２０が手繰るロープ１２１をタンク周方向に沿って設ける工程と、エンドレス型ウインチ１２０にロープ１２１を手繰らせ、ローラーユニット１００に支持された内槽側板９をタンク周方向に搬送する工程と、を有する、という手法を採用する。【選択図】図６
