CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CYLINDRICAL TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a cylindrical tank, in which equipment or attachments are prevented from interfering with a scaffold when lifting the equipment up and down, lifting up an inner tank side plate after welded, or the like.SOLUTION: The construction method is provided for the cylindrical tank having a metallic inner tank and a concrete outer tank. It includes a step of installing a frame for supporting the inner tank side plate, and a step of lifting the inner tank side plate up and connecting the upper and lower inner tank side plates in an alternately repetitive manner to assemble the inner tank. In the step of installing the frame, the scaffold for working on the inner tank side plate is formed inside the inner tank side plate. It is an openable/closable scaffold which is closably opened to the side opposite to the inner tank side plate around the side opposite to the inner tank side plate as a turn axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】機材等を昇降させる際や、溶接後の内槽側板を上昇させる際などに、機材等や付属品などが足場に干渉しないようにした、円筒型タンクの構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属製の内槽とコンクリート製の外槽とを有する円筒型タンクの構築方法である。内槽側板を支持する架台を設置する工程と、内槽側板の上昇と上下の内槽側板間の接続とを交互に繰り返して内槽を組み立てる工程と、を備える。架台を設置する工程では、内槽側板の内側に、内槽側板に対する作業を行う足場を、内槽側板と反対の側を回動軸として内槽側板と反対の側に開閉可能に開く開閉足場によって形成する。【選択図】図10
