PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device for a wall surface that absorbs a swinging motion even when buildings on right and left swing in different forward-backward directions, and automatically brings the buildings back to an original state for certain.SOLUTION: A joint device 1 for a wall surface includes: an outer panel 7 having a rear edge part fitted on a building frame on a joint part side, of either of buildings 3, 4 on right and left built with the joint part 2 in between, with a hinge member 5 in between to allow a tip part of the outer panel to rotate in a horizontal direction, the outer panel also having an inner surface at the tip part formed as an inclined surface; an inner panel 9 fitted slidably in right-left directions on an inner side of the outer panel 7, and having a guide roller 8 fitted at a tip part thereof; a guide rail 11 having an inclined surface 10 in contact with the guide roller 8 at the tip part of the inner panel 9; an inner panel energizing device 12 that energizes the inner panel so that the guide roller 8 is constantly in contact with the guide rail 11; an outer panel energizing device 13 that energizes the outer panel 7 in an inward direction; and a fall-off preventing mechanism 15 fitted on the building frames at inner portions, of the buildings 3, 4 on the right and left, with hinges 14 in between.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】左右の建物が異なる前後左右方向に揺れ動いても、揺れ動きを吸収して、確実に元の状態に自動的に戻すことができる壁面用目地装置を提供する。【解決手段】目地部2を介して設けられた左右の建物3、4の一方の目地部側の躯体に、先端部が水平方向に回動できるようにヒンジ部材5を介して後端部が取付けられ、先端部の内側面が傾斜面に形成された外側パネル7と、外側パネル7の内側に左右方向へスライド移動可能に取付けられ先端部にガイドローラー8を有する内側パネル9と、内側パネル9の先端部のガイドローラー8と当接する傾斜面10を有するガイドレール11と、ガイドローラー8が常時ガイドレール11に当接するように付勢する内側パネル付勢装置12と、外側パネル7を内側方向に付勢する外側パネル付勢装置13と、左右の建物3、4の内側部位の躯体にヒンジ14を介して取り付けられる脱落防止機構15とより構成される壁面用目地装置1。【選択図】図1
