CONCRETE PRODUCT FOR REMOVING RADIOACTIVE CESIUM AND REMOVAL METHOD OF RADIOACTIVE CESIUM USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete product for removing radioactive cesium excellent in absorptivity of a radioactive cesium freed in water such as muddy water and river, excellent in holding power of the radioactive cesium, and in particular, capable of simply being installed in a mountain stream of the mountain and the water path of the radioactive muddy water, excellent in an installation workability and disposal work after absorbing the substantial amount of the radioactive cesium, and not only excellent in safety, but also capable of effectively utilizing an industrial waste created by coal ash and the industrial waste creating an aluminum dross residual ash in alkaline solution and a cement material.SOLUTION: A synthetic zeolite obtained by synthesizing a coal ash and an aluminum dross residual ash is impregnated with either one of a metal ion selected from Ni, Co, Cn, Mn, and Zn. Alternately, the alkali metal ion in a solution is ion-exchanged by either one of the metal ions, and after that, the synthetic zeolite is impregnated with a ferrocyanide ion, and an artificial zeolite obtained by making an insoluble ferrocyanide precipitate inside, the cement material, and the water are mixed, and then, the synthetic zeolite is molded and obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】沢水や河川等の水中に遊離した放射性セシウムの吸着性に優れると共に、放射性セシウムの保持力に優れ、特に、山間部等の沢部や放射性汚染水の水路に簡単に設置でき、設置作業性や放射性セシウムを相当量吸着した後の廃棄作業性に優れ、作業時の安全性に優れるだけでなく、石炭灰とアルミドロス残灰をアルカリ溶液中とセメント材料で作成され産業廃棄物の有効利用を図ることのできる放射性セシウム除去用コンクリート製品を提供する。【解決手段】石炭灰とアルミドロス残灰で合成して得られた合成ゼオライトを、Ni,Co,Cn,Mn,Znの内いずれか1の金属イオンを含浸させ、若しくは、前記金属イオンの内いずれか1で前記アルカリ溶液中のアルカリ金属イオンとイオン交換させた後、フェロシアン化物イオンを含浸させ、内部に不溶性フェロシアン化物を沈殿させて得られた人工ゼオライトと、セメント材料と水を混合し、成型して得られる。【選択図】図2
