PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solid-dissolve into β-TCP, divalent anion or tetravalent anion which is incapable of being solid-dissolved independently, though divalent anion or tetravalent anion which is incapable of being substituted and solid-dissolved into β-TCP independently hitherto, because of having a valence different from POion.SOLUTION: There is provided a biomaterial ceramic comprising β-type tricalcium phosphate in which divalent anion or tetravalent anion and cation for charge compensation are solid-dissolved, or a biomaterial ceramic comprising β-type tricalcium phosphate in which divalent anion or tetravalent anion is solid-dissolved, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
【課題】従来、二価の陰イオンや四価の陰イオンは、PO43-イオンと価数が異なるためβ-TCPには単独で置換固溶しない。本発明では、単独固溶できない二価陰イオン又は四価陰イオンをβ-TCPに固溶させることを目指した。【解決手段】二価又は四価の陰イオン及び電荷補償のための陽イオンを固溶したβ型リン酸三カルシウムからなる生体材料セラミックスや、二価の陰イオン及び四価の陰イオンを固溶したβ型リン酸三カルシウムからなる生体材料セラミックスなどを提供する。【選択図】図22
