EXPANSION GAP WATER LEAKAGE PREVENTION METHOD AND EXPANSION GAP WATER LEAKAGE PREVENTION STRUCTURE AT GIRDER END FACE OF CONCRETE BRIDGE
To provide an expansion gap water leakage prevention method at a concrete bridge capable of performing construction with high accuracy and suppressing water leakage at a girder end face in a bridge axial direction.SOLUTION: An expansion gap water leakage prevention method at a girder end face of a concrete bridge comprises the steps of: forming a recessed groove 20 arranged in mutually opposed girder end faces 10a of a concrete bridge 10 adjacent in a bridge axial direction X and extending in a transverse direction Z; arranging a form member 30 having elasticity to close a gap between the girder end faces in a lower part of the recessed groove 20; and filling and curing an upper part of the form member 30 with an elastic filler 40 so that the elastic filler 40 is brought into close contact with the recessed groove 20, wherein after a guide rail 50 extending in the transverse direction Z along an expansion gap S is installed before the step of forming the recessed groove 20, a working apparatus for carrying out each work of all steps is traveled in the transverse direction Z along the guide rail 50 and conducted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】高い精度で施工でき、コンクリート橋の橋軸方向の桁端面の漏水を抑制できる。【解決手段】橋軸方向Xに隣接するコンクリート橋10の互いに対向する桁端面10aに配置され横断方向Zに延在する凹溝20を形成する工程と、凹溝20の下部に桁端面同士の間を塞ぐ弾性を有する型枠材30を配置する工程と、型枠材30の上部に弾性充填材40を充填し硬化させることで、弾性充填材40を凹溝20に密着させる工程と、を有し、凹溝20を形成する工程の前に遊間Sに沿って横断方向Zに延びる案内レール50を設置した後に、すべての工程の各作業を行うための作業機器を案内レール50に沿って横断方向Zに走行させて施工するコンクリート橋の桁端面における遊間漏水防止方法を提供する。【選択図】図3
