To allow a cable housing for supplying an external power supply to be smaller in size and also an outdoor enclosure member to be miniaturized.SOLUTION: A lock opening/closing device which is combined with a lock body having a deadbolt to constitute an electric locking device, which has a power source that drives the deadbolt, a normal power supply unit that supplies power to the power source, and an outdoor enclosure member 2 that is mounted on the outdoor side of a door. The outdoor enclosure member 2 houses an emergency power supply cable 8 that is a separate system from the normal power supply unit and an emergency power supply member 13 with a power supply terminal 7 integrated with the emergency power supply cable 8 so that the emergency power supply member 13 can be pulled out from the outdoor enclosure member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
