INNER FACE MATERIAL FITTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner face material fitting device capable of efficiently and surely performing a work in safety to fit an inner face material including a groove extended in a longitudinal direction of a pipe on a surface, to an inner face material fixing member disposed on an inner peripheral face of the pipe in a state of not necessarily making a worker enter the pipe, and capable of being applied to the pipe of a small diameter (nominal diameter:800-1000 mm or less).SOLUTION: An inner face material fitting device includes a strut portion 11 disposed in a radial direction of a pipe P, pressure transmission portions 12 disposed on both ends of the strut portion 11 and pressing a surface of the inner face material 21 to the inner face material fixing member 4, and a guide mechanism 13 guiding the pressure transmission portion 12 in a longitudinal direction of the pipe P and moving along a groove 21a of the inner face material 21, and fits the inner face material 21 to the inner face material fixing member 4 by pressing the surface of the inner face material 21 toward the inner face material fixing member 4 while moving in the longitudinal direction of the pipe P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】管の内周面に設置された内面材固定部材に、表面に管の長手方向に延びる溝を備えた内面材を嵌着する作業を、必ずしも作業者が管内に入ることなく、効率よく、安全に、かつ、確実性を以て行うことができ、かつ、小径(呼び径:800〜1000mm以下)の管にも適用できる内面材嵌着装置を提供すること。【解決手段】管Pの直径方向に設けられる支柱部11と、支柱部11の両端に設けられ、内面材21の表面を内面材固定部材4に対して押圧する圧力伝達部12と、圧力伝達部12を管Pの長手方向に案内する、内面材21の溝21aに沿って移動する案内部を有する案内機構13とを備え、管Pの長手方向に移動しながら内面材21の表面を内面材固定部材4に向けて押圧することで内面材21を内面材固定部材4に嵌着するようにする。【選択図】図2
