INNER FACE MATERIAL FITTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner face material fitting device capable of efficiently and surely performing a work to fit an inner face material in safety in a state of not necessarily making a worker enter a pipe, and capable of being applied to the pipe of a small diameter.SOLUTION: An inner face material fitting device includes a moving body 10 moving in a longitudinal direction of a pipe, a pressure transmission portion 11 disposed on the moving body 10 and pressing a surface of an inner face material 21 to an inner face material fixing member 4, and a fitting sliding portion 12 disposed at a rear side with respect to the pressure transmission portion 11, of the moving body 10, moving along a groove of the inner face material 21, and obtaining reaction force by being locked on an engagement claw formed on the groove. The reaction force is obtained by the fitting sliding portion 12 while moving the moving body 10 in the longitudinal direction of the pipe by being guided by the fitting sliding portion 12, and the surface of the inner face material 21 is pressed toward the inner face material fixing member 4 by the pressure transmission portion 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】内面材を嵌着する作業を、作業者が管内に入ることなく、効率よく、安全に、確実性を以て行うことができ、小径の管にも適用できる内面材嵌着装置を提供する。【解決手段】管の長手方向に移動する移動体10と、移動体10に設けられ、内面材21の表面を内面材固定部材4に対して押圧する圧力伝達部11と、移動体10の圧力伝達部11より後側に設けられ、内面材21の溝に沿って移動するとともに、溝に形成された係合爪に係止して反力を得る嵌入摺動部12とを備え、嵌入摺動部12によって案内されることで移動体10を管の長手方向に移動しながら、嵌入摺動部12によって反力を得るとともに、圧力伝達部11によって内面材21の表面を内面材固定部材4に向けて押圧する。【選択図】図1
