REINFORCEMENT GRIPPING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a pressing member in a reinforcement gripping device in which the pressing member of a pressing bolt can swing with respect to a bolt main body.SOLUTION: A columnar protrusion 56c is coaxially and integrally provided on a shaft portion 56 of a pressing member 52, the protrusion 56c is fitted into a fitting hole 66c provided coaxially at a bottom of an insertion hole 66 of a bolt main body 50 with a play e1, and the protrusion 56c is brought into contact with an inner wall surface of the fitting hole 66c so that the swing of the pressing member 52 is restricted. Thereby, the load applied to a neck portion 56b of the pressing member 52 is reduced, and the durability of the pressing member 52 can be improved. The load is applied to a root portion of the protrusion 56c by bringing the protrusion 56c into contact with the inner wall surface of the fitting hole 66c, however, a predetermined durability can be ensured by appropriately setting the diameter dimension of the protrusion 56c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】押圧ボルトの押圧部材がボルト本体に対して揺動可能とされている鉄筋把持装置において、押圧部材の耐久性を向上させる。【解決手段】押圧部材52の軸部56に円柱形状の凸部56cが同心に一体に設けられており、ボルト本体50の挿入穴66の底部に同心に設けられた嵌合穴66c内に凸部56cが遊びe1を持って嵌め入れられ、嵌合穴66cの内壁面に凸部56cが当接させられることによって押圧部材52の揺動が制限されるため、押圧部材52の首部56bに掛かる負荷が軽減されて、その押圧部材52の耐久性を向上させることができる。凸部56cが嵌合穴66cの内壁面に当接させられることにより凸部56cの根元部分に負荷が掛かるが、凸部56cの径寸法を適当に設定することにより所定の耐久性を確保することができる。【選択図】図3
