ROD GRIPPING DEVICE
To provide a rod gripping device capable of gripping a rod at a desired position.SOLUTION: A rod gripping device 40 has a pair of clamping members 41A that clamps a rod 2, a pair of guiding members 41B that guides the rod 2 in the horizontal direction, and cleaning means 43A that cleans the inside of the rod 2. The pair of clamping members 41A clamps the rod 2 by causing one of the clamping members 41A to slidably move toward the other opposing one of the clamps members 41A. The pair of guide members 41B is configured to open and close using a base end portion as an opening and closing shaft 41E, and to guide the axis of the rod 2 to a desired position when closing. The cleaning means 43A is provided on the guide member 41B so as to be positioned on the rod 2 when the pair of guide members 41B is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ロッドを所望の位置で把持することができるロッド把持装置を提供する。【解決手段】ロッド把持装置４０は、ロッド２を挟持する一対の挟持部材４１Ａと、ロッド２を水平方向に誘導する一対の誘導部材４１Ｂと、ロッド２の内部を洗浄する洗浄手段４３Ａとを有する。一対の挟持部材４１Ａは、一方の挟持部材４１Ａが対向する挟持部材４１Ａに向かってスライド移動することでロッド２を挟持する。一対の誘導部材４１Ｂは、基端部を開閉軸４１Ｅとして開閉し、閉じる際にロッド２の軸心が所望の位置に誘導されるように構成されている。洗浄手段４３Ａは、一対の誘導部材４１Ｂが閉じた際にロッド２上に位置するように誘導部材４１Ｂに備えられている。【選択図】図６
