In this orthogonal unit 20, an end face X2 of the orthogonal unit 20 is arranged on an extension line of a girder face X1 of the building unit 14, and an end face X4 of the orthogonal unit 20 is arranged on an extension line of an end face X3 of the building unit 16. As a result, a large space portion 22 having a rectangular shape in plan view can be formed as a space portion straddling the two building units 14, 16 and the orthogonal unit 20, and the degree of freedom in design can be expanded with no restriction due to pillars, even when the large space 22 straddling the plurality of building units 14, 16, and the orthogonal unit 20 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の建物ユニット間において、広い空間部を設ける場合であっても柱による制限を受けることなく、設計の自由度を広げることが可能なユニット住宅を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】ユニット住宅１０は、隣り合って平行に配置された建物ユニット１２、１４に対して隣り合って直交して直交ユニット２０が配置されている。この直交ユニット２０において、建物ユニット１４の桁面Ｘ１の延長線上に直交ユニット２０の妻面Ｘ２が配置されると共に、建物ユニット１６の桁面Ｘ３の延長線上に直交ユニット２０の妻面Ｘ４が配置されるように設定されている。これにより、二つの建物ユニット１４、１６と直交ユニット２０とに跨る空間部として、平面視で矩形状を成す大空間部２２を形成することができ、複数の建物ユニット１４、１６、直交ユニット２０に跨って広い大空間部２２を設ける場合であっても柱による制限がなく、設計の自由度を広げることができる。【選択図】図１
