【課題】居室部を狭くすることなく、居室部と非居室部との往来を可能にする通路の幅を確保することが可能なユニット住宅を得る。【解決手段】建物ユニット１６と建物ユニット１８の間に離し置き部２２が設けられ、当該離し置き部２２に、玄関ホール２８、洗面室３０とキッチン４２との往来を可能にする通路スペース３４Ｂ（ハッチングＢで示される領域）が設けられている。これにより、キッチン４２や玄関ホール２８、洗面室３０のスペースを狭くすることなく、通路スペース３４Ｂを含んで構成された通路３４の幅を十分に確保することが可能となる。【選択図】図１
