ROPE TYPE CONNECTING MATERIAL FOR ATTACHED PIPE STRUCTURE
To provide inexpensive and strong structures by attaching and connecting a popular size straight pipe in part, instead of large greenhouses and warehouses that are generally H-shaped steel frame structures.SOLUTION: Provided are: a pillar structure composed using a binder, in which a rope a and a tension material b1 are arranged between a vertical outer straight pipe and an inclined inner straight pipe, in a direction to push up the inner pipe, in order to secure the steel frame-like strength within the required range, in a house composed of pillars and a roof which have a connecting structure material in an inner and outer double aggregate; and a structure enabling, using a simple assembly technique on site, a connecting material consisting of the rope a and the tension material b1 to bear, like an inclined truss material, the load of shear force generated by the difference between the tension and compression of the inner and outer pipes due to a roof snow load P and the like, in a house that consists of a beam structure in which an inclined outer straight pipe that determines the outer shape of the roof and a straight pipe that is almost attached inside are installed and wiring pushing the outer pipe upward by the rope a and the tension material b1 is bonded to a pipe binder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大型温室や倉庫は一般にH形鋼の鉄骨構造であるが、代わりに普及サイズの直管パイプを一部に併設させ連結させることにより、安価で強度ある構造を提供する。【解決手段】内外二重の骨材に連結構造材を有する柱材と屋根のハウスで、必要な範囲内で鉄骨並みの強度を確保させるために、垂直な外側直管パイプと傾設の内側直管パイプの間にロープaと突っ張り材b1が内部パイプを突き上げる方向に配置され、結合材で構成された柱構造と、屋根の外形を決める斜設の外側直管パイプと内側に略併設の直管パイプをロープaと突っ張り材b1で外側パイプを上に突き上げる配線がパイプ結合材と結合した梁構造で成り立つハウスにおいて、そのロープaと突っ張り材b1でなる連結材が屋根積雪加重Pなどにより内外パイプの引張と圧縮の差で生じる剪断力を、トラスの斜材のように荷重負担し、又それが現場での簡単組立技術で建築可能になる構造。【選択図】図1
